		 Project included initial demolition of Everett Fire Station #5.  The new 12,000 sf Fire Station includes two (2) drive through bays and one aid car bay.  The station program includes a small police facility, crew living quarters, an exercise room, and apparatus bay support.  Sitework includes site improvements, paving, landscaping, utilities, and an on-site fueling area.  Also included is a 500 sf historic fire truck display building.  The completed station received a national 2005 Station Style Award from the Fire Chief Magazine.
